hey guys
i was looking for a good free web host that has about 300mb space, 20gig Bandwidth or more and a filesize limit over 20mb to store my map file in over ftp for my css server. i need a webhost and not a filehost because i need a direct link to the files to download, and they need to be in the same directory on the hosting space.
does anyone know of a good free host with this stuff

Thanks,

zenassem

Not sure of any free webhost that will serve all of those parameters. But I would consider Geehost's nominal fee well worth the features.

If you don't find an altogether free solution, this may be your best bet.

I get my hosting from GoDaddy.com.It's about $7 a month USD.
If you're going to do something like that you will probably want to pay for hosting. There are some low cost hosting alternatives.
I went the way I did because some of my file have huge sizes and I wanted none of the ad stuff on my site...and I can do whatever I want with it my way.

1and1.com has some good prices and is a great value. (I know, it's what I use for hosting)
