Actually nothing changed in the program, the install was missing a few textures and causing the custom feature not to load. That's why Signs still show 4.2.2 but, the installer show 4.2.3. The problem only appeared on fresh installs. If you click on the custom button and it loads then you don't need to download this version. Hope this clears things up.
