I wonder how long this is going to last until another person starts a thread "Post a Pic of Your Desktop"...

The last thread for 'Post a pic of your desktop' is still active. So, if you feel the need to show other people what your desktop looks like, then why not post it there?

I smell a lock coming this way!

I agree with Dink that if you don't like these threads, ignore them... but then I agree with Scraggle, that if the other thread is still active, it's better to bump than start anew

@ Matt, it really wasn't still active, it was many pages old. Scraggle bumped it.

What I mean by 'the thread is still active' is (and I am sure you know this but are just pretending to be an idiot) you can still post in it. If a thread has been inactive for a long period then it becomes automatically locked. Like this one for example.

You can still post in the thread that I linked to ... ergo, it is still active.

Agreed, lock please!

Oh go on, pretty please.

Probably is a better idea to lock this, people already know what our desktops look like, although I doubt people care, because it's our little vain way of showing off what we got...and we're all guilty of it - except of course, setting the example of a 'clean' desktop or a 'tidied' desktop or how to conform to nothing with a million and one icons on the desktop. In my case, the vain one.

I see no problem with posting desktop images here, after all this thread already exists now, there's no point in wasting it. Of course, now that a certain someone bumped the other thread one of them might as well be locked.

I'm more concerned about why that sparta dude is so worried about the rain, maybe he needs a brolly. I mean really, they're up against 10,000 archers and he's got his shield at his side like some metrosexual protecting his new hairdo.

A bad hairdo standing wet and cold?

Oh what the heck, bring on the vanity *winks at myself in the mirror*

-My Desktop:

I use a simple folder system that sits at the top of my screen to organise everything, instead of chucking it all on the desktop - much tidier.

And an image for those who want to see the desktop background fully.
