im thinkin...
lol

so would you create 2 objects (sun/moon) completely opposite from another
make the sun change color with the time.
maybe from bright.yellow morning orange noon so on.
yelow~orange~red
if 1000=1 sec. 60000=1 min 450000=45
Return Integer=TIMER()

do this 2x? for moon/sun
MAKE LIGHT Light Number
POINT LIGHT Light Number, X, Y, Z
SET LIGHT RANGE Light Number, Distance
do

COLOR LIGHT Light Number, Red, Green, Blue
ROTATE LIGHT Light Number, XAngle, YAngle, ZAngle
loop
sync

eh i tryed i dont know how i would combine the time with rotating,
the object

any one could help plz?

Guys - I'm not sure I follow this thread all that well - but you'll probably find a decent tutorial with a simple google search - and better still - disect one of the supplied demos that comes with DBPro.

When I was just dusting off my DBPro after a few years - (recently I did this) I had to look up how to make a skybox all over again. It was interesting that you make the box with a negative "size" to make the walls opaque only from in side it.

Personally, once I saw how that worked - and having no luck with limbs - I made six plains, textured them and placed them together to make a box - made it kinda big - place camera inside - whella!

As for night/day - a fairly simple way would be to make a big sphere, texture it half light, half dark, and rotate it on on axis really slow. Will take some experimentation to get the texture halfway decent and the rotation to match - but could be fun.

Suggestion:

Stop asking for specific help on your problems. Take the time to read all of the starter tutorials that everyone else did. Once you've read and experimented with them, and understand their teachings, you wont need specific tutorials for this, because you'll know how to do anything. Yes, anything.

We're not going to write you a tutorial every time you have trouble with something.

And for the love of gawd, use the search.
