I have the russian version of stalker, because i really hate the english dubbing with russian accents.

since i came from russia, and speak russian to me the game sounds better in russian. For that reason i got the russian version of the game.

the problem is, i don't feel that the russian version has as much support from the devs as the english and the international version.

there are less patches for the russian version and now after i tried installing some mods, my game crashes. I think the reason for this is because i have a russian version of the game.

anyone else having a similar problem?

Should they not all be inter-compatible? If they're not, that's some bad coding and design.

i think this is all part of the scheme of Ukraine being anti-russian.

i do have the international version. if only there was some mod or something that makes it russian. the voices, the labels and other stuff thats in the russian version.

but yet again, the language thing i believe is based a lot on strings. I was never a big fan of stings.

stings can be a pain in the ass.

Yeah, stings tend to hurt.

too bad there are no good car mods for which i shouldn't have to make a new game

there is one that works but only puts cars into the first area.

another one puts cars all over the game but but you need a new game and the cars (even if indestructible) run out of gas or something

a bug maybe. because all of a sudden all the cars even the ones i have never used before seem to be out of gas
