Is it just me, or was every death animation the same?. I thought rag doll physics were much more random.

The graphics and improved frame rates are looking sweet.

Best.

I'm sorry, my answers are limited. You must ask the right question.

No they where.

But you can see the ragdoll take place after the death animation gets fired.

Perhaps they can make models with no death animation so just the ragdoll effects kick in.

The force applied makes the enemy die in the same way. We will ensure that the direction the enemy rotates will be based on the angle you hit the enemy.

You should have one animation so they shoot when they fall and die.

Awesome! This finally shows off the ragdoll...except that every character fell the same way...to the left and lifted off the ground by some un-earthly force, I someone was shot square in the chest with a shotgun they would go flying backwards, wouldn't they? Also, are the stock guns really going to be handless? That sucks.

Probably not. They will get the engine sorted first, then make additional media.

They maybe weight so much that they don't fly that much!

If we allow you to set the power of the shot then you could make your own versions of the weapons!

Stunning, thanks a lot for the update Rick.

I hope not, we already have a choice of 6 model packs with more coming up so the stock can just be placeholders. And besides, I need X10 ASAP, looks awesomely fun!

WOW, that was freakin' awsome I'm gonna watch it 30 more times, JK. When there is a dead body by an exploding barrel, in FPSC x10, and you shoot the exploding barrel will it make the body fly across the room? Depending on how far the barrel is from the body, will it effect how far the body flies? Or is this not gonna happend?

Im pretty disapointed in the ragdoll physics..i wanted to see a person getting shot in the stomach, then fly back or at least fall back, the deaths look like they're swirling up...so disapointing

Yeah, the ragdolls look very un realistic because of the way the forces are applied. You should do ray casts from the gun to the character and apply the force where the ray intersects the character. Other than that,it looks awsome. But with such a low quality video I couldn't see much eye candy, but thats expected. I already know that the actual thing will have eye candy.

trust me,you'll get annoyed when you notice every enemy dies the same way. I say that if it is going to have ragdoll physics, they should make it work like regular games. I mean,I'm sure it would be easy. Just position the force at the same place where the bullet hits...

Rick even mentioned it was being tweaked to apply force properly in an earlier post, so they wont die the same way

Yes, please try not to judge how things look. Lee is now spending the next 2 weeks on visuals and game play, so the next video you'll see will show significant improvements. Rag dolls will be cool!
