@everyone

Here is an update. I now have nine models textured and UV mapped. I am also scrapping the wireless mouse model...in it's place, I will make a second weight model. Attatched it a new updated pic of the textured/uv mapped models.

Yeah, trinity, that would be an excelent idea, It wouldnt be a compitition but it will be a great addition to the community, so yeah, once this is finished We will do another one, dont do the each month thing cause it will then give artists more time to do a better job.

So lets have a vote,After this pack is released we need a new topic.

Lets hear your suggestions!

I say we use our imagination and Have Sci-fi next!

I could probly do a few huds
We could have it expand from entities to also graphics (huds, menu items, etc.)

maybe even a skybank.

I vote to yes for another pack.

Here's a list of things I think we could do:

Sci-Fi Pack - Lots of scifi things, like new walls, terminals, etc.
WW2 Pack - WW2 stuff, like mines, radios, maybe dead bodies.
Civilian Pack - Parked Cars, damaged cars, maybe a few handbags. Posters, magazines, etc.

I think the civilian pack is our best bet

This is kind of strange....because I don't use a mapping program. It's hard to explain, but I use the texture co-orginate editor in milkshape....since I don't use uv maps in the first place may be why my models look sloppy.

Yes, I think once this pack is done there should be five choices that we all vote on.

that sounds great! I think what X intended to do in the first place was make not only an entity pack, but a pack that includes everything from entities to characters to graphics as long as they fit the subject. However, I am not X so, you will have to wait until he arrives.

Yes this pack was intended to have it all from huds to segments, is a bit misleading as the pack name is "everyday ITEM"

Hey X...you may have seen on the competition thread that my mom has stolen my laptop so I do not have the registered version of FPSC anymore....so when I get done with my stuff, do you think you could test it in-game and make sure it works? It would help alot.

Also, I will be getting z brush soon, so by the time of the next free pack you will be seeing detailed, normal mapped models from me.

Yes I have made games, but I like to keep them to myself most of the time. I also have the A7 engine which I am using to make the boat racer.

Im Back after a nightmare couple of weeks, I have upgraded to Vista and I had website server problem, I have also lost my last x-games account detail and can not retrieve them but thanks to Daniel Foreman from TGC support who said it would be ok to create a 2nd account

Because I have lost last account I am unable to update the everyday item list on 1st post (NOTE TO ADMIN, is there a way arround that?)

Just like to say all that its good to be back after the weeks of hell and that this pack is NOT dead!

Yeah I am doing a castle pack and it is in the segment comp prize list for all who enter! (Out soon) I am giving out free to all who will enter the comp but unsure on what to do next with it! Will be doing a different topic on this soon with screen shot's!
