If you don't know what this is ill explain, its one of those greeting cards that play music when you open them.

My question is, does anyone know where I can find one that I can program myself to play a little part of a song, or some way I can make one?

They're just very, very basic wave-form generators with a tiny piece of flash memory.

We made one once in high-school which came with memory with a song on it so we didn't have to worry about that part, but we made the circuit board, attached the speaker, etc.
I think you can get kits at places like Dick Smith Electronics, Tandy, Radio Shack, etc.
The ones you make yourself, however, will be alot bigger than the ones in the cards
