Is there anyway to change the sky before you build the game? I want to see the sky in my maps before I build the game so I can choose the right one? Thanks

Have you looked in my guide?

Search for "HellHouse" in Showcase.

Have you searched these forums?

The default sky is (skybank/ww2/gas)

The way I got a new sky to show up in test mode was....

1. backed up all the gas files in a different folder.
2. copy all the files from the new skybox you want to be shown into the (skybank/ww2/gas) folder. (I used the city skybox)
3. rename all of the files to gas.(hence I changed city_f.dds to gas_f.dds and repeat the same process for the other files in the folder
4. Next, you will have to open the X file that you copied and pasted in the skybank/ww2/gas folder.
5. Once you have the X file open (with wordpad) you need to change where the X file looks for the textures. (Since I am using the city skybank, I would search for any instance of 'cty'. I would remove each instance of 'cty' and replace with 'gas')

6. Thats all there is to it.
