Not fair... I don't have a cubicle... Well, my bedroom is about the size of a cubicle, and I do graphics work for a few people, does that count?

Cubicles are an American thing. We don't really do cubicles in Europe. In fact, they are the butt of a few jokes over here.

I don't really have a cubicle... I don't really have a job.

I'm a Uni student
I do have a desk, etc...

You can see my energy drinks there (Coke), and all my DS stuff is out so I can keep working on Spider Solitaire DS

I'm in the same situation! Cameras aren't really allowed. I'll do a covert snap later. It's not glamorous though!

I own my own cube farm of 1 unit
I cant prarie dog in my cubefarm as there is no one else to interact with.
I cant get sacked from my cube farm, I own mine.
There might be cake!

* CUBE FARM.
An office filled with cubicles.

* PRAIRIE DOGGING.
When someone yells or drops something loudly in a cube farm, and people's heads pop up over the walls to see what's going on. (This also applies to applause for a promotion because there may be cake.)

Does anyone watch Cube News on youtube?

It's like this comedy show about cubicles and general office style humour, it'd damn good though - one of the genuinely funny people on youtube.
If anyone is interested, I'm Andrew from across the pond.

Not a cubicle, but this is where the magic happens.

Best.

I'm sorry, my answers are limited. You must ask the right question.

Meh, speak for yourself. I used to work in Slough (round the corner from where they filmed the outside of the program The Office). Complete ****hole. The whole floor was just wall to wall programmers (about 200 people). The only difference between us and Dilbert was that they thought it was much better to have the "cubicle" walls only go up half way between you and your fellow department colleagues so you can communicate better. In 2004 I don't believe I saw more than a handful of days with sun in them. The windows were so far away... Amusingly the directors all had offices in the *middle* of the floor. Talk about stupid. Idiots. Probably didn't want windows because Slough sucks so bad to look at. Ergonomic nightmare. I would have taken a picture but we had emails warning of muggings and knifings in the 24/7 security (and camera) covered car park if you walked out with something valuable. God, I hated that place...

Current office is my 3rd bedroom. I have a view of the sea. I don't have tosspots running everything from the middle of the room. I get sunlight. Aaaaahhhhh... I may take a picture when I stop lazing about...

Cheers

I am 99% probably lying in bed right now... so don't blame me for crappy typing
