Hi all,
I would really like to have a 2d menu sysytem, with some simple rollover effects and a sound when you click on it, posting a snippit of this would be great

Sounds like you can not be bothered to code
Im new to this but I found one thing that works is to Map and image, you know like HTML but in stead of Coords you make Mousex() and Mousey()...erm as I said New to DBP so i hope this helps maybe someone with more experience will come along and work on this?

not sure what a rollover effect is but sound is easy just do



use a sound of your own

If you want one for a game in 3D, then you can use this one. As it uses paste image, it uses less memory then the sprites menu as used by most people.

this is only version 1. the latest versions has at least 10 more features, but is still being further imporved.


Just follwo the instructions and put the fnctions and declare them where required.

You can adapt where nessary, but please include a comment somewhere saying I made this piece of coding.
