You will probably have to wait until they release some news on it.
Well I lied, i've seen on the forums that a new command will be controlling the water. Not sure of it's name as that wasn't given.

They have neat sliders that control that stuff too.Be nice if the were in this version of FPSC (hint,hint).
I am sure when the time is right they will release a list of the scripting commands.

Please have mercy and use the search function.

That's only in the test game. I heard the water commands were for raising/lowering the water when entering a trigger zone.

But you can actually "save" the changes you did with the sliders. Realtime editing.

We don't yet know what new scripting features X10 has, but I'm sure it'll be more than just changing the water level.
