The British English 'biscuit' is like an American cookie, except that cookies are quite nice, but biscuits are rarely eaten unless there's nothing better around.

Grief. Gravytastic in the US then eh? Is this a joke, or is this a revival from like 1920s England? Bovril anyone? Marmite? Mmmmmm.... etc...

Dunno, gone off gravy on anything breadlike since I was a kid. Now Chinese takeaway curry sauce on breadlike stuff. Thats better. Or that pepper sauce stuff (esp. the one called lava sauce or sommit) on, well, anything really. Nice. Try it. You can't taste anything else for a while, but it's great on chips (French fries - back off Brussels!!! Sorry, just been watching TGP).

Cheers

Hehe, Connie wearing nothing but a gravy stain....

now you've done it!

While we're on the subject of American/British differences, WTF is with putting maple syrup on bacon? - that's pretty disgusting dudes!

I don't care for Maple syrup, I don't care for bacon, and I definatly don't like the two together.

Mmmm. Connie... Nice.... Ahem... who the hell puts maple syrup on bacon? Yeesh...

Although, try making a mega sandwich. Take at least 3 slices of bread, and add peanut butter (not crunchy), jam, salad cream, ketchup, hot pepper sauce, and whatever takes your fancy (curry powder is good). Doesn't matter on order or position. Is incredibly wrong, and yet tastes amazing. Got that one from Red Dwarf. I was young and completely drunk, but it works well.

I don't know about that kinda mega sandwich, but I got own style. As before take three slices of bread then you get a 10 oz jar (about the size of a can of soda) of the cruchiest peanut buttter you can find. you then take half of the jar and spread it on one slice, then you take the other half and spread it on the another slice, you then put the third slice between the two and there you have it, a OMGINM (Oh My God I Need Milk) sandwich. It can accully kill you unless you got a big glass of milk handy.

mmm 3 slices of bread... the two outer sides get jelly... (i prefer strawberry jelly, not jam) and a generous amount of peanut butter on both sides of the middle slice... mmm perfect...

as for the american biscuit.. mmm biscuits 'n gravy by far my favorite... but it's not the type of everyday chicken/beef gravy(what am I canadian:p)... nuh uh... a very creamy white type gravy..though I'm not sure what is in it... and sausage... i think it's the everyday link-saucage cut up into little pieces... but you can buy it by the pound hunks which you would chop up like hamburger i believe... ohhh it's sooooo goooood....

Mmmm. Milky milky. Careful you don't get it in your hair.

Jesus, you get the idea that programmers these days will have severe medical problems by the time they are 30. Then again that protein diet of beer and ciggies for the last decade or so has it's own flavour of goodness.

I'ld be more worried about the lack of sleep plus caffine overdoses mixed with cheese puffs and online porn. That spells trouble, we live a danerous life, us programmer do.

Piss on freedom fries! That was the single most immature thing the US has done in the last 5 years.

when a country of people hold resentment like that for something they have no real insight to except for public media, It makes me seriously consider the thought of how immature and dumb it is.

They also sent us a bill of a few million dollars for the bombs we dropped that they owned to help them fight the war on shmuckism.

Its like a bad dinner guest at a restuarant, they order a salad yet eat 3 main courses.

Freedom fries? You are having a laugh aren't you?

They don't say something like "Do you wish to supersize your freedom fries with your mega-democracy burger meal do you sir?"

Chortle.
