Can someone tell me a cheap affordable laptop that I can use DBPro, 3D World,SoundMatter,BlitzTree 3D,Character Shop, and some other stuff.

The cheapest available these days in somewhere like Dixons/Comet/PC World etc is easily capable of running DBC/DBPro.

You just pay more for bigger processor, more memory and better graphics card. I would suggest you go for the cheapest one with an nVidia or ATI graphics card and avoid Intel, S3 and SiS graphics chipsets.

PC World in the UK have free laptops if you sign up to their 14.99 per month broadband if that's any help...
