I bought ExGen yesterday. This morning, under the order status, it said "Sent July 24th" but the download isn't available. Is this supposed to happen?

Thanks for the replies; I'm on vacation right now, and something wierd is happening and I can't get to my email (or google, turbosquid, and several other sites for that matter.). So I'll check my email when I get home.
