Happy happy birthday. What sort of programming books are you thinking of, the 'For Dummies' range is great, I got C++ and C# for Dummies. If you're look more at DBP, the books you're looking for are pretty obvious as DBP books are few in number.

Happy BDay, mate

Honestly, if you spend the time looking around google and what-not, you can find a whole host of programming books (pdfs mostly) which are as good, often better, than ones in stores.

Save your money for a PC upgrade, or get yourself a DS homebrew kit or something

I read somewhere that the law of probability states that you only need to gather 28 random people to guarantee that at least two of them will share a birthday. With the amount of registered members on this forum , if everyone made a post for there birthday it would probably be the only thing on the Geek Culture board.

[Edit] A quick search and I have proved myself to be in error
It isn't 28 people, it is 23 and it isn't a guarantee but 'more likely than not'.

go to start, click on control panel, go to speech, click on text to speech and in the middle of the page there should be a text bar. Type the happy birthday song in to it and click preview.

That's a bit vague... Surely then you could have a 50.00001 to 49.99999 chance?

I never tell the truth.
That ain't a paradox.
I always tell lies is though.
