Hello, I am back and learned my lesson. I was flamed so bad that I left. And realize that I brought the flames on myself. The people that were on my board spamming a swearing are immature and act like babies. However I was acting immature and like a baby. I now realize that projects take time. Stick to one and also read and search. After reading tutorials and searching I have finally realized that I can build a decent 3D game. And yes I am still a n00b. But I will no longer be "Gimme Da Codez!" or "Look at my uber input game!". So please all of those who flamed me can give me a break. Because my new threads will now be inflammable!

JSG

Well this put you into a different light. I'm glad you came back (missed me?), but before you become one of us, you will to go trough the trial. The trial of inevitable DOOM!

There is a downside, you will die, but we usually don't tell people that. The trial is voluntary, that we keep secret too, but sometimes people deserve a chance, so we tell 'em you don't _need_ to go trough the trial. In your case, you proved yourself worthy.

Your spirit seems to be more in-tune now with the task of progamming. It will be smooth sailing from now on. Well, smoothER. Good luck.

Just remember that patience is virtue, if you work long enough on something, with willpower and skill, you can create anything (within reason).

This message was brought to you by Grandma industries.

lol. You do realise that both flammable and inflammable BOTH mean "able to catch fire", don't you? Gotta love the English language.

Calling people a retard ain't the best idea in your 'I Am Back' thread.

Jimmy was right, it is flame retardant. Ok so he said it in a very Jimmy-ish way but that's Jimmy for you, always Jimmying.

nonflammable

Not AFAIK. I think it's one of those weird ones where they both mean the same thing to the same degree for no apparent reason.

This is what I got from dictionary.com. Notice the usage note.

Quote: "flam·ma·ble /ˈflæməbəl/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[flam-uh-buhl] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation
–adjective easily set on fire; combustible; inflammable.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

[Origin: 1805–15; < L flammā(re) to set on fire + -ble]

—Related forms
flam·ma·bil·i·ty, noun

—Usage note See inflammable.
Dictionary.com Unabridged (v 1.1)
Based on the Random House Unabridged Dictionary, © Random House, Inc. 2006.
American Heritage Dictionary - Cite This Source flam·ma·ble (flām'ə-bəl) Pronunciation Key
adj. Easily ignited and capable of burning rapidly; inflammable.

[From Latin flammāre, to set fire to, from flamma, flame; see bhel-1 in Indo-European roots.]

flam'ma·bil'i·ty n., flam'ma·ble n.

Usage Note: Historically, flammable and inflammable mean the same thing. However, the presence of the prefix in- has misled many people into assuming that inflammable means "not flammable" or "noncombustible." The prefix -in in inflammable is not, however, the Latin negative prefix -in, which is related to the English -un and appears in such words as indecent and inglorious. Rather, this -in is an intensive prefix derived from the Latin preposition in. This prefix also appears in the word enflame. But many people are not aware of this derivation, and for clarity's sake it is advisable to use only flammable to give warnings.

Yet, you still see "highly inflammable" written on flammable substances. Luckily, nobody is scrambling to build a BBQ out of petrol or white spirit, but the risk is still there.

So what you're saying is, I shouldn't have sent those invites to my White Spirit BBQ party? Well bugger, it's a bit late now.

No, I think you made the right move there. Cleansing the gene pool and all that.
