Hi

I made a modell in 3D studio max, I rigged it with biped, and animated it. Then I used the Panda DirectX exporter, to convert the model to a .x format.

When I load my game, the modell is loaded, and the animation runs. Super!! BUT only the biped moves, and no the actuall character. Only the "sceleton".

Any idea what's going on here?

maybe did you only export the skeleton, and not "attach" or join the mesh to it?

actually, you're not supposed to see the skeleton (biped). Hide the entire biped before exporting.

hmm, the biped should invisible anyway, as it works as bones. i think you should use "skin" from modifiers>animation modifiers instead of "physique" for skinning your character. if this does not work you maybe should build your own bones and learn to animate them on your own...
