Ok, remember this contest that was announced ages ago. The results were also announced ages ago. The product was mentioned in issue 52 as being on the market and sold.

Have any of the winners of the contest recieved their cheque yet? My friend was one of the winners, his game was publish and he hasn't recieved a dime. He also hasn't received a response from the company addressing his concern.

Hopefully in the future, TGC select their contest partners more carefully. This smells like alot of people got scammed by Focus Multimedia.

Actually I heard from Rick Vanner only yesterday, asking for me to invoice him - so I imagine it's a case of getting in touch with him to sort it out. I think it's a case of Focus paying TGC before they could pay us, which can't happen until TYTT2 has been on sale for a couple of months.

So get your friend to email Rick, maybe even pre-empt it with an invoice.

I think your friend needs to check his spam filter. The fat lady has sung.

The product was published later than planned, and the royalties won't have filtered through for at least a quarter. That information was also mailed out by Rick.

I gave the guy who did my artwork a contribution for his efforts just last night.
