Anyone have a suggestion of a easy to use external program? I can't think of any off the top of my head...

You could always learn to program and make one yourself.

I would use VB to make something like this, but that's just me.

you could use gamemaker for the menu, with some nice effects thrown in. you can execute .exe files from within gamemaker, and you could most likely animate it too, using a .gif file.

just a thought.

I agree with using .net, Hey you could even through in DarkBasic.net(free) then you could load the level maps themselves, separately from the game exe. (Even though I really don't suggest it.)

Look at Halo, very good look. Its exciting and it makes you and your customers feel, that you Took your time to make a exciting product. More of a marketing value, I suppose.
When you're like me, you will probably spent no more than a day or less perfecting your levels. (Seeing that FPSC does **MOST** of the work, not all )

Is it possible to change menu button hud when mouse over it?
I opened up titlepage.fpi and i found commands (hudselectionmade) belongs to the hud buttons. But don't have idea how to do this (if possible).

I also found two commands: hudshow and hudhide in setuplevel.fpi.
My idea is to place two hud in the same position. loadhudbutton and loadhudbuttonalt

When the pointer over it, the script hide loadhudbutton and show loadhudbuttonalt. Then when the mouse pointer leave the hud button the script change back the button to loadhudbutton hud.

I don't know if this is possible to do it, any idea?
