Well you do have DAZ Studio which is a free poser and animation maker. Google : Daz Studio.
But ofcourse you have to purchase new models but you do get free models with every download but don't expect a wide range of models.

Last I checked, all moves are 2d. But I did hear that first you gotta get some of those funny paper glasses. Then magically it becomes 3d!
