I was looking at the Model Pack 1 page on the FPS Creator website and it said that Early Adopter owners get this pack for free. I have the disc in the yellow case that shows the FPS CREATOR logo, and shows a bunch of guns on the case. Is that the EA version.

No it's not. EA is Early Adopter version. So you can't have MP1 for free
