I found this thing on the website about Character Studio files, in the description it said " you need Character Studio to access these files, where can I get Character Studio. And I just heard that there is a weapon maker thing, where can I get it, and does it let me make melee weapons for Model Pack 5, or just guns.

character studio is part of 3ds max and the 3ds max costs $3500
there are a couple of weapon makers.
