Here is a code that was just a test to reverse light flashing
i havent tested it at this time because my FPSC is having mental issues until i fix the source code i cant test this but here it is feel free to change or fix what is needed

As far as i know a flash light is not possible do to the fact that ounce a light it placed ingame it cant be moves their have been flash light create but they used a giant transparent white crosshair
