Yes. But don't try. I am now going to ask you a logical question. You have just bought (I think) DBP for about $30, yes? Final fantasy cost millions (I think) of pounds to make, years of hard work and a large team of experts, yes? Do you really expect to make an RPG like FF with no experience? Now go and do something simple, like a box dodging game.
EDIT: Yup! I saw you bought it last night.

There are probably tutorials for every piece of the puzzle, but you won't be making that game with no experience. You need to know how the different commands work, and stuff. Start with a "Hello World!" app and then make your way up.

It will take time, but you'll get to a point where you can start making that RPG. Good luck!

i did fail to mention that i do have coding experience. it entails vb.net and action script. the reason why i chose dbp is because it was created specifically for 3d games.

Hm. But what do you actually know of DB itself. Come back with a decent program, and I'll say I'm sorry for being a little quick off the mark.

Even though you have experience, i wont suggest your first project to be rpg. Make a small 3d games to get a feel of dbp, then see if you still up for making a rpg.
If you are a one man team, you will have a hard time making one. You should learn to customize your engine and use scripts before trying to do one.

I'm in US, I got boxed too. Just because there was "free" stuff included.

Second reason is I didn't pay for it, birthday present.
