Hi, I know this is a noob question but...... you know how in quake 3 arena you don't reload. Well I would like to do that in my MP. But I can't remember how to do it. I'v search the forum but I found nothen related to my question. So can someone help me!!!!

Change reloadqty to zero in gunspec. That will give weapons unlimited ammo. If that's what you're looking for.

I guess I don't understand then. If you never run out of ammo you never reload... Do you mean when the weapon runs empty, it gets discarded?

NO NO its like...... DOOM1 and 2 quake 1-4 in the mp the ammo is say 200 in the smg. you never reload but you stell run out of ammo

I think hes just looking for a way to have a lack of reload. the ammo displayed is the ammo you have. Best way I can think of doing this or fakeing the effect is to make a 1 frame reload that does no action, so it looks barely like a pause in idle animation. You would have to make your clip capacity pretty high like say 100, but make the clip have the desired amount of shots in it. How I dont know. but there is a start.

As i said in pervious post, setting the ammo to say 30 would provide you with e.g 500/0 so you wouldnt reload but still run out of ammo.

LOL I'm so used to bad spelling I didnt even notice that. But yeah I say Shall too. His primary language might not be english, or he's a newb. Either way 'horibell' spelling come with all of them.
