Running DarkGDK on Vista x64 here and everything works like a charm.

I don't see why the .Net version wouldn't. Just make sure your display drivers are updated and set up correctly, since Vista (any version) tends to crash your display drivers if something goes wrong. Never seen it happening on my workstation thou, but several times on the laptop.
