Ya know that banner ad that comes up at the top of screen now and then? The one with the 2D graphics and dude with a sword, captioned something like "The birth place and death place of every MMORPG dream"? Is that a real DBP game, or some random tileset image or leached image? That one always catches my attention and has me wondering.

We've got a game called Banner on our computers here at work, its rubbish though, here's a screenshot;



the plot just sucks, its just an endless parade of names, meaningless names

I don't have a sig, live with it.

They arn't banner ADs, they're just added interest for veiwers. There's a thread in GC somewhere with a design a banner competition.

Looks like Megaton Cat strikes again...Though there was one being made that looked a little like that...it was a DBC game, I think the same person did a Diablo Clone...dunno, it was a while a go and he left (maybe I was dreaming?)
