In the Live Marketplace on X360 you're able to download a bunch of things like themes, gamer icons, etc. I noticed theres quite a few themes and gamer icons that seem to be described as being "created by the community". How is this done? Is the homebrew sdk required, or is there a website out there that lets you upload your created graphics and if theyre good enough it gets put into a pack?
