How do I make a certain soundfile play in my map? Like background music.

Go into build game menu, and open the main tab (the one where you set the ambiance), and put music in the 'music in leveel' (or something like that) line.

You could also try using a sound zone and have the music file assigned to that sound zone.

Thats if you want to have the music change at any point in the level. If you just want the same music playing throughout each level go with Stoopid.

I want each level to have a different soundtrack. Sort of like Doom. But won't the sound zone just work if you are close to it?

EDIT: I open the build game meny but I don't see any option to add music.

The soundzone doesn't work

I created one and streched it over my map and put the name of my sound file in the audio section but it doesn't play the song.

Heres a solution.

FPSC Soundzones only support wav, and ogg files

I recommend Audacity. Google it and you'll find a download for it, it basically can alter sound files, and convert them to ogg, wav or mp3

Im a new user, im young and FPI-dyslexic, i simply dont have the foggiest and cant learn FPI, so copy and paste code snippets please!
