I thought that an asian guy sliding around on EVERYTHING was awesome, and that some of the effects (slow down, shot objects to kill guys) was cool too. But there really wasn't much else.

The demo was really cool, I thought. The controls were great, and it was easy. My kind of game

I had heard that the game was okay (if a little short) but the multiplayer sucked. Entering 'slow-motion' mode while everyone else is in real time is just plain weird

Lol at the massive amount of memory required to install!

Your signature has been erased by a mod because it's larger than 600x120....

Nobody really cares to hear you bash a game without stating any real fact or reason as to why its bad.

Also, rezzing topics from months back isn't always appreciated... there was no reason for you to bring this topic back. All you are doing is trolling.

I rented this game (luckily for free) and it was CRAP!!! CRAP CRAP CRAP CRAP BOOBS FART CRAP!
it was so bad that I would rather shovel fresh cow pats into my PS3 than load up this abomination of a game for a second time.

I spent the entire time diving around all over the place because this, for some strange reason, makes targeting enemies a doddle and sends the world into slow motion.
This obviously had a lot of contribution from John Woo as the game is basically a film with hardly any opportunity for spontaneity. It was so horribly linear, almost down to where you should place your feet.

There were some nice things about this game but my brain has forced them out to make room for better games.

I can't wait for GTA IV, I have a feeling it will be what I wanted GTA to be from the beginning. The only worry I have is that it may lose some of its humour, let's hope I'm wrong about that.

I do understand that stranglehold is a linear game, but its just fun, the emense shooting, slowmo, and highly detailed physics with the world.

But bioshock on the other hand, its just got good graphics, and thats it

do you relise that the enemys in stranglehold are pretty much vegetables and just stand there shooting at you til your dead

in bioshock theyll do alot more then that and if you ask me strangle hold was way overhyped

in the immortal words of cheeshead you are a forum ruiner guy!

I quite liked Stranglehold, not something I feel like playing through again ever; and multiplayer was a joke, but that said hardly anyone played it on PSN.

Still as a single player game it's not bad. Not exactly great either mind. Think what makes it worth it, atleast on the PS3 is the copy of Hard Rain you get with it ^_^

It was basically a chinese gangster version of Max Payne, without the totally incomprehendable noir story; and controls that actually worked. Perhaps it's different on the PC or 360, dunno; but it was a good couple of hours entertainment.

Bioshock also was a good game, very atmospheric which is really what made the game quite good; but again I wasn't overly impressed enough to rave about it. Always prefered System Shock, but that said SS2 would never really have been easy enough for people to rave about it cause they'd all die too often and get too frustrated to complete it.

How many claim it was GOTY 2007 is beyond me, as there are some much better titles out there imo
