Depends how fast it is. To me it look like a mountain bike with a bit of black plastic wrapped around the middle.

I don't think it would pass motor bike regulations in my country. No seat, no chain guard, flimsey manual calaper brakes etc.

I think the designer was watching too many episodes of Street Hawk and thought "if only my mountain bike looked like that!"

That wasn't so hard to find, was it? All I did was type "ENV motorbike" into Google. It even says ENV on the side.

That's pretty cool, and it goes up to 50 mph, which is nice for a hydrogen/electric bike.
