Apologies if i'm being dumb or I missed a step in the documentation, but is it possible to put dgdk.net's 3d output into a predesigned form?

Failing that, is it possible to make the dgdk.net output window a mdi child window?

Omikron, check out the WinForms samples that come with the toolkit. Both a VB.NET and C# example are presented.
