The demo was released yesterday but it doesn't work on my computer
I had actualized everything but it still doesn´t work. And my computer its not so old, I have 4gb ram, a ATI X1650 pro silent, windows Vista ultimate 64bits, core2duo T6600 (2,4 ghz) I swear its not a bad or old computer
Anyone had tried it?

I don't really know anything about that, but could it possibly be something to do with 64bit?

I can see why most commercial devs explode in relation to fixing bugs... I mean, yeah, descriptive problem there; "It doesn't work" :/

Nope, Its actually something to do with the card but its kinda weird because they (id software) give you a Hotfix to ATI cards (the same hotfix thats its supposed to be release with the next driver´s update from ATI) to but this Hotfix doenst seems to work

What kind of hotfix its that?

BTW all 32bits applications works under 64bits

I just wonder if anyone with an ATI card has the same problem with this Demo

Cheers

I'm not asking for help, did I? No, I did not, I´m asking if anyone had tried that demo...

There is an ATI driver just released. Although it actually works less well than the previous one.

Are you getting a screen full of garbage as you turn around? or just unable to run it?

(On a side note it's exactly this sort of thing that guarantees Blockbuster PC gaming will be dead in less than 5 years. Enjoy crysis, unreal, quake, rage while you can.)
