...about joining a group designing a MMOG group...

Aside from sounding rather, well, far-fetched, I noticed they used a yahoo e-mail address (which doesn't exact inspire confidence that they are actually genuine - get a lot of junk e-mail from yahoo addresses, especially at work).

Anyhoo, if your reading that Mary/Jeremy, the full handle is MrTAToad, and not Mr Toad, and I generally specialise in either utilities or single computer multiplayer games (hope to try networked multiplayer games later).
Good news everyone! I really am THAT good...

So they personalized it for you? Or was it just a name thing?

If it was me, I'd delete it and block their address... but I'm a bit of a skeptic.

I got one of those a while back, different guy though. All I did was reply (negtively, at that) to some topic he posted and he suddenly thought I'ld help him with his MMORPG.

Probably goes by a different handle here, if they write you again (doubtful since he/she's probally forgotten what they were wanting to make) ask what name they go by here.

Nope - dont chat a lot... Nothing wrong with having 'geeky' interests, especially if it includes Star Trek.

Star Trek is a classic, whether or not the episodes are actually good . There's nothing quite like hearing "Dammit Jim, I'm a walking waste of air not a doctor!"
