One of my desires of late, was to find materials, music and various memorabilia from when I grew up in the 80s. This has lead me to some very interesting sites and links. But one of the sites I came across this evening after trying to find Channel 4 test card music material, was this:

http://80sactual2.blogspot.com/

Now, for a majority of you, this may not interest you in the slightest, either because you're too young to remember what the site contains, but also as it pertains to people in the UK only.

The part that brought a smile to my face was the B.C. (Birthday club cat). Gosh I will always have that memory locked away in my brain...

Anyway, for those who DO enjoy this sort of thing, feel free to have a gander, and comment (respectably please) on what you remember from those days.

Paul.

I was born in 88 in the US, so this doesn't pertain to me. However, the my memories of the 90's will always bring back that feeling of joy, much the same way the UK 80s does for you. The early to mid 90's really was an excellent time to grow up, before cartoons went to crap and video games were in their prime.

im from 90's and wish i was born in the early 70's some time so i could grow up listening to pink floyd and midnight oil. And those cool ads and funny clothes . Then the late 80's early 90's with those funny rap songs, earlyish techno electric songs and stuff.
