Synopsis: A room is more than just an enclosed space. A room contains many obstacles that one must overcome, many challenges that one must face. And in the surreal corridors of ROOMS, your goal is simple: keep shooting.
concept: ROOMS will take you through a series of interlinking rooms presented in a side-scrolling fashion. You will immediately be tasked with defeating every enemy (or "roomie") and collecting keys, items and the evasive "ornament" hidden in a very secret room. Each room floats airlessly across a black abyss, some walls and ceiling removed to give a "cutaway" impression, like in The Sims.
The colour palette is all but gone, replaced by shades of grey and the odd smidge of green. Rather than explaining it, why not look at a screenshot? Again, this is a cross between FPS and side-scroller.
Please note that the game is early in developement.
