I have a new set of horrible death sounds I wanted to have one of them included in the fadecorpse.fpi as sound=audiobank\user\leperkin_death1.wav
but when dying the enemy always uses the same sound. I tried the Soundset entry with male/leperkin_death1.wav and included this file in the audiobank of course, lastly I tried to include it in the .fpe of the enemy (Aiko (pistol).fpe)
ALWAYS the same sound comes out.
Any ideas/
Thank you

Try this:

Make a new folder in 'audiobank\voices' folder, and put your new sound files in this folder.
Use the same file names for your sound files like in 'audiobank\voices\male' folder.

Finally right click on the enemy, scroll down, and type the name of the folder (which contains the new files) in the 'Soundset' field.

Create your new folder without male subfolder: audiobank\voices\mysounds\

Go here: audiobank\voices\male You will see 7 wav soundfile. Copy them to your new folder

Put your death sound file (mynewsound.wav) in your new folder (audiobank\voices\mysounds folder)

delete the finalmoan.wav file from your folder
then rename your mynewsound.wav to finalmoan.wav

Finally right click on the enemy. A menu will appear on the left, scroll down, you will see this: Soundset. Erease the content, and type here the following: mysounds

That's right !! it works. I deduce that the procedure would be the same for female voice, etc

THANKS A LOT
