I downloaded a 3GB torrent file on my laptop. It's an ISO image though, so I need to burn it to a DVD. However, I realized my laptop can't burn DVD's but my other computer can. How can I send the 3Gig file to my other computer to burn?

messenger clients that allow file transfer are too slow, I don't want to have to go through a website, or other service. I just want to send the file directly from my laptop to my other computer for maximum speed and reliability.

If you have internet on both then you should make a email on your other comp and then send it through Windows Outlook.

or use winrar to split it up and burn it on cds... it would take like 6 of em though

If you have a 2gig stick which are more common and cheaper, you can use winrar to split it up into two smaller pieces though

1 crossover network cable should do the trick (if both PCs have a network socket)

DinoHunter (still no nVidia compo voucher!), CPU/GPU Benchmark, DarkFish Encryption DLL, War MMOG (WIP), 3D Model Viewer

Do you have broadband and therefore hopefully a router that your pc and laptop connect to. If so just setup a simple home network by sharing a drive on one machine and then access from other machine over your internal network.

Boo!
