Yeah, the texture is very good indeed.
However, I think it should look like this:

Just added a bit more detail, nothing special...
Many thanks to all of you!

Ah, you might want to use the original if I post the normal maps - they do pretty much what you've done there (I'm assuming you sharpened it).

Also done another texture. It's basically an alternative middle bit for my wall panel.

Modified my original texture a bit. It's released here in it's full resolution (1024x1024) with a normal map. I'd appreciate it if someone showed me how it looks in a game, I'd be interested to know. It's a rar file so make sure you can extract it.

Thanks @henry ham, nice one!

@Avid I see you've done a great job there. Not sure if you really need MIP Maps for this texture, but Well done!

Shall I leave your textures here or you want me to post them on the website?

that looks just as cartoony.

The textures are fine, and considering they aren't using any reference photo (as per your example), they look good.

Concrete and the other stone one look the best. I too am not sure about wood, but there ya go.

Deathead, I think you can be a little harsh too. You often go straight for the crit.

That's what he lives for

Avid, I think it would be better to keep your texture here (for now) because we don't have a lot of custom entries so far.

Yes, but it helps if it's constructive.
Bearing in mind some of your last post, yours is usually OC (Offensive Crit).
It will be boring without that btw

i have to say that your textures, in the abstract section of your site, are REALLY good. they will be great for an alien nesting room.

could you make a floor and ceiling texture for the 6th and 7th abstract texture?

No, I haven't tried it, but you may check the licence.

Thanks a lot! This category is actually my favourite.

I am not sure what exactly you need, but if you give me some more details I will be able to give it a try this weekend.

Cheers!
