Could someone (for free) please convert this fountain 3ds into a fpsc ready entity. 3ds and jpeg both in zip file.

You made it yourself? If you have you're going to have to remove the turbosmooth modifier that was applied to it. If I try to poly reduce it manually, it's gonna lose it's texture. And take a long time.
