YAY! My first game demo! The name is Orbital prison and heres the story...

1:00am you wake up with bruises covering your body but you have no idea what has happened to you,suddenly by instinct you go to check the "dining room" and you realise that you are anlone. Suddenly you get a short flashback-you were a guard checking on the prisoners when they knocked you out and escaped,killing everyone in the prison.Now they`re back and you`ve got to find the other survivors before the ship is destroyed...

Whoa! What did you do with the lighting!? I see shaders are turned on, but how did you get that cool shading effect on the green tube thing!?

I turned the shaders and full lightmapping on...

I just tried the same thing you did with that entity and the red light, but it didn't look like yours for some reason. It was also set to full shaders and full lightmapping.

Have you updated to the new version of FPSC? Maybe that's the reason

My fpsc is v1.07 so thats probably correct. (ive been trying to do shaders for months!)

That's annoying, the shaders looks so crappy! Especially on the ww2 guys. Well, on my computer they're face gets all black, can't even see their eyes

And the shirts looks bad to..

I went to the site and there was a weird video, and for some reason ..... I watched for like 10 times. Craziest thing I have seen. Can't sleep must continue to watch.

I quite enjoyed the demo for a first try but here is some advice download gimp and paint net both free applications that are way better to draw textures with than Microsoft paint and a great way to get free texture is by taking pictures with a digital camera also you might want to turn the windows into static entities that way people can't break them also you should really retexture the ww2 officers they look totally out of place in a space ship apart from that it was a nice demo

New orbital prison wars online deathmatch game

based around the story of orbital prison just you can play as the prisoners or guards (they dont look like REAL guards)

I might put up some messages on my website saying when I`ll host games.

this looks nice, i haven't had a chance to download it but from what i see i like, one thing that bothers me is that sky box, for some reason it doesn't fit the game? i would change that if i were you but that my only crit so far.

ok- ive scrapped this game so heres the final version. follow the links above on the first post. only forum members can unlock this game- the code will be on the attached pic

the name of the file on download is orbital prison locked

But at the screenies when you jus have the floating buildings i would add decals on the bottom to look like an anti-gravity system or something........
