Its a website for those in the DBS community who want to take an active role in helping identify bugs and be closer to the core of developement. I wouldn't reccomend it for you simply because of your approach into the forum (multiple spam posts regarding website design and lack of replying to those posts) and possibly your age might not allow you to join unless theres opportunity for you to get a parental go ahead and DBS still wants to take in and induct younger members.

Your time spent learning DB for the first couple of months should involve lots of prototype tests and what not until you can comprehend most of the commands with ease.

You cant suggest new things if you dont know of the core functionality back to front.

DBDN will fill that hole later on once you have caught up.
