Hmm... If you have a PHP/MySQL enabled server, I'd recommend Mercury Board.

It's just I couldn't tell if he was saying that truthfully or he was actually saying it was a load of crap. I mean, the way he says easy twice and some of the wording kinda pointed me in that direction.

SMF with the TinyPortal mod is outstanding. I've been using xoops CMS for 5 years and this blows it away. You can demo my site here.
