Eh, doesn't look like a really good bloom to me. But then again I only liked bloom on things like explosions, where it should be - not all over a wall

I hear that. I hate when games go overboard with it as well, makes the game look washed out. I think PS3 has some game coming out that completely over uses it and it makes the next gen title look like dirt.

Did you ever notice that when a game is plugged into an HD television, all it does is add bloom
