I notice the cocacola logo. You might want to change that, coca cola are extremely strict about the use of their logos, you're asking for trouble even if you release the game free.

Hmmm... the zombie model is from Half-Life 2. And I do belive that anything in HL2 is copyrighted. So you probably need to get a different zombie model. Other than that, it looks great!
