Oh you're asking for it now. You know, I could just call you 'the rabi' again, see I know your weakness.

Indeed, not even an A Level means good spelling or grammar, it just helps that you do, otherwise you won't get a very good mark. But congrats on the double B, that was what I got, certainly beat my D and D at A Level

Jerico is right...not to get in the evil empire thing, I was the one who kidnapped Paris and accidentally killed her when trying to genetically modify her with somebody else. Binary Sudoku is my worst fear of course.

Though I am rather disturbed by that Paris Hilton video...Not that it's too rated 18, but the fact Paris Hilton is in the video and she's singing, otherwise, it would be a rather boring yet not disturbing video...and no I didn't watch more than 10 seconds of it.

As long as there are only a few mistakes it doesn't terribly bother me, but when someone misspells every other word and leaves out all punctuation it gets to me. It forces you to have to stop, go back, and read things over again to make sure you are reading it right.

iT's RoXor's!!!!!

Seriously though, puncation and grammar can sometimes bug me but only if someone is trying to get me to read something they have written and the pages are riddled with terrible work that needs a lot of proofreading.

Funniest language moment I say is when I saw someone has difficulty pronouncing 'pronunciation'...I dunno, it was year 4 and well when you're in year 4 even farts and the idea of knickers is hilarious, so I dunno...Maybe it wasn't THAT funny.

Well makes perfect sense to me Sopo, I mean it's Zombie, my Taco Bell is Jennifer Lopez and who is yours?

It's like I say 'mein stadt tut veh' in German, which means 'my town hurts'.

It does in the BlitzBASIC forums...

Anyway, pick up a foreign language mate, it'll do you good, just don't do a Kennedy and say 'Ich bin ein berliner' (I am a Doughnut) in front of millions of Germans when he should have said, 'Ich bin Berliner' (I am of Berlin) Otherwise you'll be a laughing stock.

Japanese is good in my opinion, I started teaching myself two years ago, never finished, but it's a cool language, like the thing I say the most is 'watashi wa sakana desu' which means 'I am a fish'.

Lol. Ya, Japanese is pretty cool. I'm not a huge fan of French or German, but I learned both before in classes that I've taken so they would be a little easier. Even considering that, though, I may go with Japanese just because of how cool it is as a language.

Yeah, learn a language or 2. I'm actually having fun learning different languages. Well not that much, but it feels good when you watch a movie or understand something you didn't before. I hate the language barrier, they seperate cultures alot, but one good way to break trough them is to learn new languages.

Until around two years ago, I used to use a lazy method to translate some words to English. I do not know if it has a name. It is based on the similarity between English and Portuguese, and English language patterns.

In Portuguese, definitely is written this way: Definitivamente.
So, with that lazy method, I would delight you all with: Definitively.

But I ceased to be lazy. I do not care if people have an horrible English. Not just because mine is horrible. I just do not care. But some Portuguese errors manage to annoy me.

An important piece of my English I learn in forums - movies, music and video games are the other teachers But learning Portuguese in Brasilian forums is almost impossible. We speak too much Internetish and "Miguchês" (Dearcutefriendish):

Olá. Não entendi o que você disse hoje mais cedo. (Hello. I did not understand what you said today earlier.)

becomes

olá. num entendi o q vc disse hj + cedo. (Internetish)
oiêeee111! naum tindi u q voxXxê dixXxe hj +++ xeduu! (Miguchês, which is spoken at photo-based blogs)

Almost all of the members of this forum moderate themselves very well, so mistakes are perfectly forgiveable, in my humble opinion.

Cheers.

Good luck!...all I can say, what does jouzu and akuban mean? In the context you're saying it in, I'm guessing you're saying 'Seppuku's Japanese is bad. My Japanese is good' or vice versa, it's been a long time since I've actually looked at it, but I think your grammar is right. The rest I barely understood.
