The Story:
In WW2 a Nazi General By the name of General Schauzz who is secretly making the ulitmate weapon against the allies. You have to find out where he is and put a stop to the development of the ulitmate weapon.

Heres a little fun idea. In every level there is a artifact they're well hidden, and you have a choice to collect them... Like Halo's skulls but without the effects.
Edit: My first idea for a game for the winter compo... Which has been cancelled its called "ballon the game." but the menu was rushed as I wanted you to try it out Currently being uploaded

Yes, I agree that the skybox should be changed... As much as I like the texture you used for it, I think it's way too bright for the darkness of your level. If you could maybe darken the sky a little bit to fit in with the ambience going on, that'd work out nicely.

I was a little "blinded" (if I can even USE that term for looking at a screen, lol) by the skybox and couldn't tell much else about the level, but from the silhouettes I can see, it's looking very interesting, lol.

This is being called off from the compo as the lvl 1 map is over the guidelines. So this will still be made but it won't be entered in the winter compo.

Okay I'm making this more like COD games where you play as different characters. So the first level is going to be scrapped to make way for the following missions...

The Battle of Gazala

The Battle of El Alamein

The Battle of Moscow

The Battle of Stalingrad

The fall of Singapore

The Battle of Kursk

The Battle of Brittany

The Battle of Arnhem

The Battle of the Bulge

The Battle of Berlin

The Battle of Midway

The Battle of Guadalcanal

The Battle of Iwo Jima

The Battle of Okinawa


They all are famous battles in WW2. So the whole story line is going to be scrapped so you actually go through the real battles of WW2.

I'd also like to point out that Midway is gonna be a little difficult too. I think the city ones would be the easiest, it's more suited to the engine. Perhaps you should just focus on doing major russian battles (Leningrad, Stalingrad, Rostov, etc). Or, just focus on Stalingrad, and have it like Enemy at the Gates.

One Tipp: I´am from germany and with ,,zz" are very rarely. I would use ,,Schautz" or ,,Schauz"^^
