I created this thread with the sole purpose of placing all the stuff I feel like giving away. I figured since I'm always making stuff for my games as a matter of course, I may as well release this stuff for free.

Rules of this thread:

1)Feel free to comment on anything you see, c & c will help me improve my work.

2)Regarding requests, make one and I'll see if I have something. If it's relatively simple, I may have a go out of the goodness of my heart .

3)No asking how to get any of this to work, use another thread for that.

To get started, here's a free skybox made with Max and Photoshop. I would have used skies, but I wouldn't be able to release the file. So I had to edit an existing .x file in notepad...

All files are in .7z format, so make sure you can open this file format!

I thought this was a sort of a request thread where people could
ask for stuff and you would try to make it.

Anyway very nice looking skyboxes!

Cheers,
Cheese Cake.

Well, it's actually a give away thread, but ill check to see if I've got the thing you asked for, and might decide to make it if I feel like it.

Maybe make some scifi entities chategory: Spaceship
Like steering things, and such things you see in star trek.
But only if you dont have anything to do.

The skyboxes looks fantastic, how did you do them? Just kidding with you

The sky boxes are impressive but the second one has a lens flair on it (you can see it on the right of the image) which is not good for a sky box. Lens flairs should move dynamically with the camera, so having them in a fixed position won't look right.

It was a by-product of the lens flare in Max, but you can barely see it anyway.
