Milkshape 3D will convert the file for you. They have a free trial of their software.

Ok, I now have a .X file but the model still doesn't show up. I see the other models have .dbo and "Mac Binary Archive" files. How do I get them?

the dbo and bin files are automatically generated by FPSC, so you don't need to worry about those. But you will need an fpe file. I would suggest copying and modifying an existing one.
